Using On The Top!

On The Top! is a coaching platform for swim teams. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a team or organization, you represent that you’re authorized to do so.

Your account

• Keep your login credentials secure and don’t share them.
• You’re responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the data you enter.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Data you enter

Coaches enter data about their swimmers, including minors. You confirm you have the right to enter that data and to use it for coaching purposes, and you agree to handle it responsibly. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break security or access other teams’ data, and no uploading of content you don’t have the right to share.

Our content & yours

The platform, its software, and its design are ours. The content you create (workouts, plans, roster data) remains yours; you grant us the permission needed to store and display it so we can provide the service.

Availability & disclaimer

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law. (Counsel should finalize this section.)

Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your team’s data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; we’ll update the date above when we do.
